Product shoot for leading medical flower company

Omura is a leading system for whole-flower medicine, eliminating the issues typically associated with dry flower vaporisation. It features precise dosing; clean, even heat that doesn’t burn to avoid smoke inhalation; and a consistent, hygienic, flavourful experience.

I was asked to shoot product imagery for their website and mail-out campaigns.

    Creating the perfect pour

Flowrebels is a new UK-based wellness brand that offer high quality drink supplements to enhance cognitive performance and overall well-being. ‘Go State’ is a comprehensive meal replacement shake, formulated to enhance the gut-brain connection and ‘Sound State’ is designed to support cognitive function and mental clarity.

I achieved this by compositing dozens of photos for each image – of a frosted glass, water droplets, and clear drink – not just in white light but in all the colour hues from the brand colour glow that I painted on.

To achieve the desired result, I had to build up the imagery in multiple photos, blending them together in post. This allowed for just the right amount of frost, water droplets and colour spill to be painted together – as well as capturing the glass highlights and shadows in their optimum conditions.

To situate the glass in a classic environment – an old wooden plinth with brass detailing with a subtle smokey brown background – in contrast to a lighting that introduces burnt-out hotspots and a pop of orange,
