Osip spring

Osip is a farm-to-table Michelin-starred restaurant in Somerset that creates a food experience with seasonal dishes and no menu.

For the spring season I created two social clips of plating and service for a Spring Salad of asparagus, leaves, pumpkin seed praline, smoked ricotta and wild garlic oil.  Alongside this I created a recipe film where Merlin talks you through how to make it at home.
